Benjamin H. Deppman represents a wide variety of clients providing services to individuals and business entities in the fields of business entity selection and organization, commercial litigation, construction law, foreclosure, commercial and residential real estate transactions, trust and estate planning and administration, probate matters, and personal injury litigation. Benj previously practiced at Deppman & Foley, P.C., and Ryan Smith Carbine, Ltd. Benj is currently co-chair of the Real Estate Law Section for the Vermont Bar Association. He currently serves as President of the Town Hall Theater Board of Directors, and is active on the boards of Middlebury Maple Run, Inc. and Addison County Fair and Field Days, Inc. He is Chair of the Scholarship Committee for the Middlebury Lions Club and a Lions Club Melvin Jones Fellow (and past President). Benj is a former member of the Governor’s Council for Physical Fitness and Sports and Porter Auxiliary Board.  Benj lives in Cornwall with his wife, Lesley, and three children. When not practicing law or volunteering, Benj can be found spending time with his kids, or in his yard, on his tractor.
